At my interview they took ALL AOS documents, including the actual I-864 form completed. I had my taxes, w2 form, recent paystubs, letter from employer and I believe that is all.

They also took a recent police report, our marriage certificate, and my husband's birth certificate even though they already had all of it. So make sure you take everything.

Hope this helps.

did you send AOS docs to NVC as well?

You just bring it. The sealed medical is what is required. Being undamaged to your interview. How ever best to transport that protect it with

your life.

Ok Thank you.

Yes some countries they get the cool CD and others that HUGE x-ray.

Ok thank u. You mean I do not need x-ray for interview? Than it is good. I need only medical reports envelope for interview?

rajvinder kaur: the x-ray leave with your luggage. No one will take it but take it on your carry on for POE (why who knows no one wants it I think they just want to know you have it).

You need the sealed envelope for your interview.. That should not be anything big or bulky. That you need.

Interesting. I got digital Xray on a cd. The doctor told me that i don't need to bring the Xray and the blood test result to the interview, only the

sealed envelope with forms that she filled.

I should have them in my cabin luggage while traveling cause immigration officer might ask for it.

Ok thanks for information. My doctor did not tell me this. You mean not need to bring x-ray for interview only medical report needed. But I need x-ray at POE. right?

Good question!

But that is the main reason why you should Always get copies of everything you send to them.

But at interview they asked me for it again, Even though I also provided them on different occasions during this process.

Did they ask you for the petitioner's birth certificate?if so it's a photocopy ok or has to be original?

VISA APPROVED!

It took 2 hours, everyone was friendly. I got really worried when they told me I might have to come back in a week because there was a computer system problem and that they couldn't access my ds260... right before she was going to give up, it got unlocked!

I'll write a review of the embassy.

PS: when the PO told me congrats and that we were approved, I just left. I had nothing to sign before leaving right? I got so surprised the interview itself took only 3 minutes I was confused and just left without asking...

Congrats MsGoyave !!!

It is currently affecting me and my husband. His interview was Tuesday and according to CEAC, they are still ready for his interview. No AP or Issued Visa yet. If this hadn't happened, probably by Tueaday we would have had the Visa. So much depends on getting this Visa ASAP and here we are left in limbo.
