Hey!

I'm Canadian AOS from TN status also (also have a baby too). Your documentation looks line what I sent (I sent more copies of my marriage cert to go with my passport as name change evidence, but that doesn't likely apply in your case I imagine).

I did add a wedding photo and a photo of us with out baby after he was born. As a part of our evidence of a bona fide marriage.

I'm still in the AOS process, so far no RFEs. Others of course may pick up on something I am not seeing at the moment.

Good luck!

* that should be with OUR baby. Stupid autocorrect.

Hi there!

We're in the TN boat as well and this looks similar to our cover letter as well, though you did send a bit more than we did (we didn't include birth certificates with the i-131 or i-765). We're in "Testing and Interview" status as well, which means not done with AOS yet, but nothing appeared to be missing so far.

One bit of advice - make sure you have the most recent I-94 included in the package. We had one that we printed out when my husband first arrived on his TN, but when I went to print out another copy from the website, it was dated from when we'd returned from a recent vacation out of the country. I didn't realize the numbers changed and had to go back and redo a few forms as a result.

Good luck!

Thank you Melibelle and CdnRN!

Good luck to both of you on your petitions and journeys!

Melibelle - It looks like you did the same thing we did and completed the medical prior to the wedding to get it out of the way! Thank you for the tip on the most recent TN/I-94. Luckily, my husband's last entrance to the US also coincided with his most recent TN application/adjudication at the border, so that made life a little easier.

Would love to hear how both of your interviews go.....hope things move quickly for all of us in the TN to greencard scenario!

Actually we decided to get married very last minute (on Friday we decided we *might* get married on Wednesday) and did the medical after. Married Weds, did the first part medical on Friday, then got his vaccinations and pickup on Monday. We figured we'd get the civil ceremony/immigration paperwork out of the way, since the bigger wedding planning was getting complicated.

Will definitely post when we have the interview, whenever that happens. The NYC office seems to have slowed down a lot since May... :(

Hi all - bumping this up - hoping to get a few more sets of eyes for cross check. I did add one more thing to evidence of a bonafide marriage, which is a copy of our insurance policies (auto, home, and umbrella) with both names.

Anybody willing to review and crosscheck to make sure I am not leaving anything out, I would be forever grateful! Thank you!

Great work on the cover letters. Looks very organized. I'm gathering my information to prepare for the 1-130 but have a question for you. You've added form I-485 to your package. Is that something I over looked?
