Relatonship Visa Question

Hopefully this is the right place. I am looking for advice regarding the following situation:

Basically, I'm in a serious relationship with a Canadian girl and she would like to be able to move to the US to live with me and retain basic privileges such as the opportunity to work/apply for a job or maybe attend college eventually. From what I've researched the K1 or engagement/marriage seems to be the only route for this, but if possible we would like to avoid being forced/rushed into marriage. So I was just wondering if there was any other realistic route that fits the criteria of being able to move her here and live together while allowing her to work/pave her way to citizenship other than marriage.

Thanks for your reply! I had read those prior, but I am uncertain if they would work. She has no degrees or years of experiences in a particular profession, so the only viable of them seems to be the EB-3 unskilled laborer.

Would it still be possible? For instance, could she come and try to find a full-time job offer from an employer here in a field like retail or something similar and then apply for the visa/certification and then move in here or am I just misunderstanding?

If she has a job offer and wishes to use that to gain the green card, which is permission to stay and work in the US, the employer then has to sponsor for the visa for you. This is super expensive for them and also requires them to prove why they need to hire the foreign national rather than an American.

From what I've determined via research and the responses, the K-1 seems to be the only practical route outside of her getting a degree and then applying and I don't think either of us would want to wait that long. Thank you guys for the help!

It sounds like unless she has a specific skill set the best way for her to move is engagement/marriage. She could also move for school, on a student visa but the cost will be much more than in Canada.
