husbands Tattoo ?

H ello Everyone,

I am new member. We justo started our Visa journey.

I am worried about the whole tattoo and visa being denied

Do to tattoos. My husband has a colorful skull face with flames tattoo on his

Arm. He has no criminal Status And good moral character.

Should we consider removing the tattoo?

He got it done when he was 19. He says he sees it as artistic art, and he just liked the tattoo design for his arm shoulder. It has mixed colors. I have done lots of reading on skull tattoos and there is lots of different views. We also consulted a tattoo removal specialist and he can remove it, but you would still see some color left behind..so then it becomes the worried of the medical examiner asking why it was removed. Its so frustrating not to know what to do, and knowing that we only have one shot at this.

I did read about that and saw a few pictures of the Mexican mafia, and they have no similarities. Thanks for the info Boiler.

Colorful skull face with flames is not a known Mexican gang tat. They may ask him questions about being in a gang or criminal activities because of the tattoo, but if he has no criminal record, he should be okay.
