CONFUSED ABOUT I-134 FORM

What supporting documents do I need to support with the i-134 form? I am above the poverty line. Do I have to have bank statements, check stubs, etc or do I just fill out the i-134?

Basically the dollar amounts you put on the form, you need to have paperwork to show that. Bank statement, employer statement, life insurance, etc

If your income is enough and above poverty line, then on the I-134 you only need to list your income and you can leave the entire assets section blank. You will need to provide proof of your income, by including an employer letter and copies of your pay stubs. You will also likely need at least the most recent tax return. The embassy instruction letter should list what they require to be included.

I read the US embassy in Canberra is pretty easy. Just look at the instruction on your packet 3. My husband ( then-fiancé) provide everything but the US embassy in Jakarta only asked I-134 form, W-2, and federal tax return 2012.
