No, man -- my BROTHER, can't you see man!

One day, the zookeeper noticed that the monkey was reading two books side-by-side -- the Bible, and Darwin's "The Origin of Species." In surprise, he asked the monkey, "Why are you reading both of those books?"

"Well," said the monkey, "I just wanted to know if I'm my brother's keeper or my keeper's brother, see man."

Friday back-report, see and sigh and ouch man:

Got exactly Many minutes of sleep (2 x 2 x 2 x 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2), between the hours of Many:Many and Many:Many, sigh and no zzz man. Back throbbed mightily entire night. "Awoke" in suicidal-level pain, ouch man. Limped downstairs at Many a.m. to look for long-unused crutches, gimp man. Before alarm rang, gave up, limped into bathroom (somehow without yelling in pain) and hungrily ingested the day's tapered dose of steroid pills, help man. Within half an hour, could walk and sit and feel normal again, notasmuchOuch man.

Called doc's office; doc says that the anti-inflammatories take time to work and essentially to keep popping everything but what helps and gut through it and call her on Monday, whoopee man.

Attended GS & prematurely the MS as stated above, si man, then continued to work. Made it through relatively quiet day relatively productively, relativity man. We fell asleep for only a minute and were roused by a phone call, snapback man. Back did not hurt much because of no lying down, no man; nor did it during drive home, nor man. However, lying on couch to watch late news evoked signs of things soonish, couch ouch man; we are almost tempted to snooze downstairs in recliner chair (which would probably hose our back in other ways, sigh man) rather than prostrate self in bed, ouch and no zzz man.

Several promising GSs are on the itinerary for Saturday, whee man, presuming mobility and the effectiveness thereupon vis-a-vis the two remaining steroid pills, hope and ouch man.

Cat is dead to the world on couch, looking like a corpulent exploded pillow, zzz miu man. Mini-B. is zonked on the family bed, wee zzz man. Mrs. T-B. is on her laptop, typing furiously and muttering stuff in Spanish, she man. I have eaten the last crumbs from the last bag of cheaps (having managed to spill Many of the smaller ones down my shirt as I tipped the bag into my mouth, sigh man) and vividly foresee a trip to Aldi Foods or elsewhere to replenish said cheaps, si man.

Mrs. T-B. just raced past us to the bedroom, where Mini-B. had awakened and requested the maternal unit, wee and she man. My 2 minutes on the heating-pad evoked more back-throbbing, which it is we didn't think a back could do this much of, no man.

Cat, heavy prep, hopefully zzz man. Mornin', no Commie-babes!

On another note, why is it so difficult to find a non-padded bra?? Can't stand them.

marks and spencers have them. i looked on their website, seems they deliver internationally to japan for a £15 flat fee, regardless of weight. good excuse to top up your order with a bunch of treats.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!
