Can you efile if you are pro se? I remember a while coming across wherever I was that only lawyers could efile. I'm not sure what the regulations are in your state.

yes I can efile pro se. In fact, it is required that I do i believe. Yes he will co-petition with me...he needs to sign papers and I will have him sign those. He won't fill them out because that requires work and he does not do work. I told him getting a divorce is costly so he better shape up at least for this and agree to stuff and that i want nothing from him so let's make it easy.

he better not or i will pull out the debts I have because of him not willing to share any financial responsibility for anything....all my flights to come see him, the money I had to borrow so I could buy food because he does not make enough or better yet is not used to spending money on other people and trip to NYC which I paid for even if he agreed to pay half the hotel but never did....so no he better not even try.

and not in my case. i like the quality of work. I don't need anyone to know it cost many money.
