Good morning all,

back from medical follow up ....forms sent in. More forms incoming. Decided to find a place to live outside New Brunswick but might go with temporary housing for a month or so if i find any that does not cost arm and a leg.

nothing else new except that hubs seems to think that I will just change my mind after all of this and refuses to accept the fact that it is in fact over especially since he showed absolutely no change in his attitude since I started talking about it. Really ?

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Just had the interview. NO idea how it went. A wishy washy answer on when I would hear back. Internal applicants lol

just printed many copies of dissolution paperwork...knowing the hubs won't be helpful in any way but rather will try and be a pain....this will take me whole weekend to fill out....they have e-filing which I am not so sure what it is yet but i signed up...if that means I don't have to go there in person and make 3 copies of everything...i will be happy.

just printed many copies of dissolution paperwork...knowing the hubs won't be helpful in any way but rather will try and be a pain....this will take me whole weekend to fill out....they have e-filing which I am not so sure what it is yet but i signed up...if that means I don't have to go there in person and make 3 copies of everything...i will be happy.

Can you efile if you are pro se? I remember a while coming across wherever I was that only lawyers could efile. I'm not sure what the regulations are in your state.

Has he agreed to co-petition or are you going to have to have him served?

Will your hubs demand some sort of settlement? Like the list of $$ you owed him?
