I'm pretty good at suing building inspectors.....ya want me ta sue 'em for ya? :)

Maybe? J/k, he probably thought the plaster had come unkeyed too.

Don't worry, there is nothing that can't be easily fixed in a 1 story structure sitting on firm ground.

I know, I just kind of didn't need this right now, but the way it was, nothing could be done to postpone it I guess. I just thought we had some time before rewiring and then to have a contractor on top of it.... Oh well. At least maybe they can tape the drywall better than my husband. Plus, he needs to get started working soon and we still have quite a few smaller projects, so it would free him up. We also need local health insurance, which the hourly jobs provide around here. No more 900/month for health insurance. *happy dance*

Blech. Bite Me. I'm into vintage handbags and purses, branded. The older LV stuff is always a big find for me, as I know the actual value of this stuff and usually find it 1/3 to 1/4th of the value. But try to convince my wife that a slightly-used, VINTAGE LV bag is actually more trendy than buying a new one? FML ! NO WAY !!! Must be new ! I hate this stuff. So I keep scoping out the sales and outlet malls, and some estate sales in the richer parts of town. I like the trunk sales here in town, but her group of friends have no f'ing clue about VINTAGE LV or even Coach, much less GUCCI.

as I said - FML.

I love vintage watches.

How come your wife doesn't get vintage handbags - the older stuff is so much better quality and the designs rarer.

Even a modern day Lacoste polo shirt is ####### compared to older ones made in the 1970s with the finest Egyptian cotton...

Still searching for apartments. Background checks are not done yet so no contract yet hard to look for a place without a set contract and secure income. No need to freecycle furnish my place.

Yes I came back to Ohio to handle paperwork for dissolution. It must be done by this Friday. I also need to pack all my belongings and prepare paperwork for ROC later on since it will need to be done soon and I worry that I might be very busy with work.

Ganbatte!

Those salonpas shites are actually great. When I was in full throws of the depo-withdrawal, I had insane back pain and they actually helped. Plus they smelled nice.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

Oh - that's easy. Chinese Consumerism combined with Chinese Congregation Mode of Social Influence.

I mean, that's the actual answer about it. My answer is easier - my wife is a 'tardo when it comes to anything used or vintage or antique. And since she listens to her friends about this stuff (and not me) - I've got 200 same opinions vs my one. FML..

True Story - I bought a Volvo V40 that was tricked out as a racer, for 1100 earlier in the year. I told her that with 300 bucks worth of replacement parts it'd be worth 3000. Before I had a chance to get all the parts together, I wrecked it (not on purpose) and sold it as as for 525. The guy that bought it, fixed it back to cherry condition for about 600 in parts, and sold it for 3000. FML. Price vs value - she never, ever gets it. That's a small example, but I have almost a thousand like that (examples, that is) since she hit USA dirt.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Speaking of same: Initial turmeric/curcumin pill and initial daytime-sized dose of whoopee-medication not particularly effective, no man, but unless pain escalates again tonight, shall adhere to plan to attend Work for Many hours (half the day) and hit Spine Clinic on way home. At latter locale, shall lobby sincerely for combination lidocaine/hydrocortisone cocktail not regionally, not at a trigger point, but in the culprit muscle itself, see here man. Nothing but a valid medical reason shall be accepted as a valid reason for not doing so, no man.

In happier news, have compiled preliminary lists of GSs and ESs for both Friday & Saturday, whee man. Shall map them tomorrow, see where man.

Look at this wacky GS (MS) ad, see man:

---

This is a moving sale, not a garage sale, in Sugar Creek. Prices marked will be the price we want for the items as opposed to donating them. That being said, don`t offer $1 for something marked $10, I will take it and put it on the U-Haul in the driveway. Make the offer close to tagged price. Sale will be conducted indoors and will not be advertised in the neighborhood per deed restrictions. Do not park in the driveway as it will be used for loading and unloading. When parking on the street, be respectful of the neighbors and DO NOT block their driveway. They will call the gate and the Police Officer on duty WILL issue you a citation. Sale will be Friday July 11th, ONLY, beginning at 9am. DO NOT knock on my door at 7:30, I will cancel the sale and donate everything if this happens. Items to include kids clothing, toys, baby item, car seats, booster seats, L and XL mens clothes, Womens clothes and shoes(size unknown, was afraid to ask), Charcoal grill and smoker, weedeater, misc garage items, kids bicycles, misc electronics, furniture. Just a quick "heads up", Neighborhood has license plate cameras at entrance, if you have any warrants tied to your vehicle or your vehicle has expired registration or insurance, THEY WILL PULL YOU OVER.

I do nothing before Many a.m., and (voluntarily) as little as possible until "Many" a.m. begins with two digits, zzz man.

Maybe someone will go then, and the sale will be canceled. I can then be part of an enraged mob that storms the place and offers half-price for stuff that's twice as expensive as it should be, $i man.

You are taking a muscle relaxant too, right?

If it is like my plate pain, the only thing that will make it better is a muscle relaxant. I haven't had a prescription for it in a long time, but it was amazing. Not even morphine worked.
