Went to bed at 1:something, having taken heap-strong medicine.

Awoke at 2:Many in great pain, disturbing Mrs. T-B.; switched icepacks.

Suggested taking self to emergency room.

Was talked out of it by Mrs. T-B.; took more heap-strong medicine instead.

Awoke at 5:Many; switched from ice to heat.

Lay half-awake till an hour beyond when alarm rang, ding man.

Between alarm & arising, Mrs. T-B. called clinic for earlier Spine appointment, she ma'am.

After taking steroid dose, realized that all pain was gone, bye man. Same had happened yesterday, si man.

Actually dished and de-dished the warsher, whee man.

Took hourlong nap; had pain thereafter, sigh man.

Got new pain prescription from doc, whee man; went out & retrieved it from pharmacy.

Resolved to work half-day tomorrow and go to Spine appointment from there, si man.

Meanwhile, have eaten most of a bag of cheaps, sigh man.
