it seems like USCIS is doing this thing where they don't ask for supporting evidence when you apply for an EAD expedite, and then deny the expedite for lack of supporting documentation. i've seen this happen twice recently. i applied a week ago and still no word from them on where i can send the supporting docs. i called yesterday to check if anything was sent out and they told me to wait 30 days (tier 1 BS) and that if they need any more information, they will contact me by end today (tier 2). anyway, it seems the best way to get the expedite approved is to contact your congressman/senator so we will be doing that if (when) USCIS denies it.

How about doing an infopass apointment with your local USCIS? Bring all the support documents with you.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

i considered that but someone else who contacted their rep managed to get it all done in the span of 2 working days. that's faster than i can get an infopass appointment (got to find a time when jonas is also free to drive us there). if the rep thing doesn't work out, i'll definitely try this.

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

How bout just let Jonas do all the working.....

he can support us both if we don't do things like eat out 2-3 times a week, pick up new hobbies, buy stuff we like and want without having to save up for months first...

and i want to do those things. :P

Thank you.

I agree.. Tbone go see a chiropractor. Sounds so painful!!

And Ontarkie, she's lucky to have such a wonderful mom!

Never... Ever... Women are crazy. You just need a MAN, not a boy. Not saying men can't be crazy either, but I think women have the emotional crazy you just can't reason with. I know this from personal experience... I'm the emotional crazy one. LOL I'd kill a version of me.

Hub's friend was laughing yesterday when hubs was teasing/bugging/being jerk to me and said to hubs "You better watch it, she's gonna punch you in the throat!" Can't decide if everyone thinks I'm a violent crazy person or they just know I just sand up for myself??

On other news, hubs talked to his boss, talking 1/2 day off for class, his boss is taking care of it. As far as his boss is concerned, it's a close family member and that's all. Booked tickets for 2. Not the way I wanted to meet his friends and family from the south.

Thank you!

Thank you!

Was nice of his boss to give him the time off.

King snakes are good for that. My wife freaks out over any type of snake, good thing they're pretty rare here. She hasn't seen one yet here, which beats her country where finding poisonous snakes was a fairly common occurrence.

I miss all the nice snakes that I never had to worry about. My husbands Aunt wanted us to get rid of the King snake, but when I found out he eats poisoness snakes I said no way.

It's not bad. Do you know how few female gamers are out there? I try to play nice with them too, but like I said, females be crazy...

Bad Steve bad! I know when you're trying and wanting a baby it's like everyone is having one and it sucks.

I knew you weren't!
