Paid copay, $i man.

Intaken by nice nurse. Weight, even clothed, still below Mendoza line, whee man.

Waited Many minutes for doc, bracing self awkwardly on exam bed (could not sit, no man), si man.

Sharp lady doc came in, beheld moi, gave fake dirty look. Great rapport from outset, whee man.

First question was "do you have a rash?" I brashly answered, "No man, no ma'am."

Doc took full relevant history & ordered x-rays + urinalysis, see inside and pee man.

Doc had nurse shoot one butt-cheek with muscle-relaxant, ouch man.

Doc had nurse shoot other butt-cheek with hydrocortisone, ouch man.

Got nuked; surrendered pee man; returned upstairs, see man.

Meds semi-effective, si man.

Doc displayed x-ray images, see inside man.

Long-degenerated LMany-S1 disc still visible, sigh and ouch man.

New degenerations pending, sigh man. Discs stacked like Zigzag Tower of Pisa, ouch man.

Doc said that this explained ongoing inflammation, see man.

Anti-inflammatory meds not going through, much like getting stuck in a balloon neck, see man.

Urinalysis negative (normal) re kidney stones, pee man.

Doc set appointment with Spine Center at earliest possible date (August Many'th), vertebrae man.

Doc prescribed prednisone taper pack, Tylenol Many, and lidocaine patches, $i man.

Turned in 'scrips at pharmacy; were told to wait half an hour, gee man.

Mrs. T-B. suggested late lunch (at Many p.m.) and coming back, she man.

Absconded to nearby McDonald's, which up-screwed both our orders, grrr man.

Returned to pick up 'scrips, total of $Many.

Returned after total Many hours to relieve Mama T-B. from Mini-B. duty, she and wee man.

Mini-B. [in delight]: "Mommy! Daddy! This is my friend, Grandma!"

Mama T-B. grilled us closely, sigh man, then left, bye man.

Mrs. T-B. resumed shepherding of Mini-B., wee man.

Took nap for an hour. Sleep successful but paid for: pain returned in spades, ouch man.

Cat abandoned persistent attempts for ministry, miu man.

Not a prayer of changing water nor brushing, no man.

Looking forward to a Tylenol Many as prep, ingest man.

Anticipating another sleepless night on icepack, sigh and ouch man.

Looking forward to prednisone taper in morning, ingest man.

Sick of all this, ouch and sigh man.

No cat prep no zzz man. Mornin', Commie-babes!

Good lord man go see a chiropractor. When the hillbilly was in an accident 4 yrs ago his neck was messed up bad, the doctor told him he better never get in a fight. If he ever gt hit in the head he would be paralized, and he was lucky he wasn't already. He took way too many pills and it didn't take the pain away, but made it so he couldn't think straight, not good for work. Took me 2 months to convince him to go to the chiro for a consult. The chiro looked at his mri and x-rays and said his neck was like a spiral stair case all twisted like that. It would take multiple visit but he could fix it. He felt relief after that first visit, he went 3 times a week then a few month was down to 2 then once a week. then it was just as the weather wold change and he wold go in. I don't think hes had to go back for a couple years now.

Happy Manyth Birthday! :D

Good to see the crisis with your daughter traveling across the border is gone. I can only imagine how stressed you were because of that.

Thanks!

I'm happy she sees that he is being unfair to her, told her if she could wait a bit longer we cold plan better or even have him come here. My sister at one point offer to take her so I told her to ask her about that when we are there next week. That way they can plan things for a later date and she won't be stuck all on her own. Plus I told her if he couldn't understand that then he wasn't being a good boyfriend and he could stuff it up his nose.

Morning everyone!

Happy birthday Stretch!

Thank you!

I'm surprised he can feel emotions like excitement. I thought he only knew how to be morose.

I love a guy who looks like he could be on Criminal Minds as either an agent or a killer.

For even a chance at what? He trying to steal you from your hubs? Hope you hold out for more than just that.

I think It is meant a chance to find out if the person is truly the one.

"It is better to try and fail than to have never tried at all" ;)

It's national mac & cheese day, btw.

This would be the best outcome for Stretch's birthday, I'm a thinking, as

most of her brood can make this,

so have an all-hands-turn-out in the kitchen, making different varieties with different 'mix-ins'.

Yum !!

Happy BirthDay Stretch ! ! ! Make it cheesy, la !

I have a daughter who went that way for a while. She went back to men, saying women are too crazy.

I wanted to stay in bed all day. Alas.

So did I. But I have two computers to build, two machines to start up, and two quotes to complete. So I think I'll go into work and surf the internet all day
