J shows hand too quickly, and now hubs is getting back at her by not giving her the papers.

The one thing that my ex-husband ever taught was how to be smart enough to protect yourself. Learning to play the game and make smart, calculated moves is the only way to really survive because at the end of the day, people are self-concerned buttheads.

Yes they could, but they'd also need to show they couldn't fill the position with someone legally here. Although ask anyone in the tech sector how easy it is to get around that.

She could also marry her new gf when she finds one.

J should be able to get the IRS transcripts online. Maybe she also able to get her dental bills, showing hubs paying for it, or at least same address?

nah but you know....and to respond to others also....sure I was willing to try but i never actually told him this or the other way...we don't communicate...I email him and he does nothing so at some stage i had thought it thru my mind and while I told him he would move with me....the moment he said "i cannot wait to quit my job and lay around" I thought about it and decided there was no reason go on like this and made sure he knows it...in fact....I spoke to him 3 times about it and BELIEVE ME I was as blunt as they come something along the lines of

"I do love you and care for you but i am not in love with you anymore and there is nothing you can do about that at this point. I am going to petition for dissolution because I think we both deserve to be happy and that is the only way" I said this 3x I swear...on different occasions and he nodded to it and got depressed but it should have been no surprise at that point in time.

Now..even without that evidence I do have other things and he did give me the IRS thing....because I cannot get it online yet just 2013 and we filed 2014 jointly and only he can get it because i was not working i cannot ( yes I tried) but i do have the paperwork and we have an account together, he is still on my work papers as emergency contact AND on my medical stuff as well plus I will have affidavits from 3 people who know us both as well and I will write up a statement explaining things also.

besides he just messaged me literally 5 mins ago that he got the paper from life insurance......my explaining it made a difference. Of course it did...he was being a d...ck and I told him.

GC received on the 28th of February, 2014 - no interview, no additional RFE's

Divorced as of September, 2014

NOA1 for ROC 14 October, 2014

Life goes on, my ex-husband is a moron.
