If you ask gamblers, they all win. They can come home with $5000 less after a trip, but they'll tell you about the 1000 dollars they won. Doesn't matter they put that money plus the 5000 they came with back on the table and lost it, in their minds they still won.

I once went out with a guy who loved going to casinos. It drove me nuts. Every time he started winning a new dealer wearing a low cut dress would be brought in to start cutting the cards and miraculously he would start losing.
