So, Gump.....was ecstatic to learn that I'm having surf and turf, and decided that he was going to bring his brother's family over as well......

My sister and her husband......their family is over.....

So my quiet family BBQ has once again, evolved into a free for all at my family household......

I think I'm canceling my Labor day BBQ.

tell gump the neighbour's dog got into the uncooked bbq stuff and since he's coming over, can he please pick up a box of some very expensive atlantic red lobsters and ribeyes or else there'll be no food...

Our moving truck doesn't come until Wednesday night.

One of our sump pumps went.

Dishwasher doesn't work, so we had to buy a new one.

For whatever reason the house didn't come with a water softener. The Dane is going to spend a large portion of tomorrow sweating pipes and installing #######. He didn't buy the pipe he needed at Lowe's today because I don't think he realized that the local store will most likely be closed for the holiday.

Ain't no happy 4th of July around here.

Softeners aren't too difficult to install. My ex installed them on a regular basis. He couldn't build anything... LOL If you want the best water softeners go with kinetico. http://www.kinetico.com/ Normally when you buy one of those they install it for free, they'll run you a couple grand though. But installation is literally, cutting the pipe before the hot water heater, installing a couple elbows and done.
