Morning errr almost noon.....just got back from bike ride 14.4mph average ....only 12.2 miles....going to extended that to 20 soon. To the store next need eggplant for curry tonight. Managed to rip part of the healthy toe nail....half was gone now another 1/4 is gone, don't really feel it either so who knows...might fall off too....I kicked bottom of this wooden box and it got caught on it...should not have pulled I suppose but my brain was not as fast as my foot....

Made skillet chocolate chip/nutella/heath toffee brownies ...chewy, yummy.

Speaking of curry, found a place in ST Paul, On's Kitchen, that makes an excellent curried crab. We will be repeat visiting that place, T-B stay away if you visit here, they like to use cilantro in everything.

I've wanted to try and find Malaysian chili crab here, but no luck. This is the curry crab we had.
