Saturday back-report, see and sigh and ouch man:

Slept Many hours but awoke in pain, sigh and ouch man.

Stagger-limped till pills semi-hit; went for GSs at Many:Many a.m.

Finished GSs just over 2 hours later; back had quite had it, ouch man.

Icepacked it at the casa, minimal relief man.

After feasting at Burger King by virtue of coupons (saving $Many), returned to casa.

Took nap for 2 hours; slept like dead thing, even through lawn crew, zzz man.

Awoke in morning-type pain but not post-GS pain, ouch man.

Have been stagger-limping ever since, sigh and ouch man.

Am counting minutes till doc appointment on Wednesday, July Manyth, sigh man.

Saturday GS report, see man:

Had Many GSs on itinerary; stopped at Many more by virtue of signage, see man.

First GS chiefly featured cosmetic/toiletry bottles with <Many% of product left in them, good grief man.

Highlight of that one was opened bottle of Mucinex that had expired over a year ago.

Nearly told proprietress, why do you waste our TIME, huh ma'am?

A couple of other advertised GSs were similar, good grief man.

The haul, see man:

Thick glass pencil-holder, $2, steep man.

Scratch-pad with magnet on back for refrigerator, half a buck, deal man.

Thomas the Train book for Mini-B., half a buck, semi-steep man.

Little train (non-Thomas) for MIni-B., free, whee man.

Many virgin bottles of hand-sanitizer at a quarter each, $1, deal man.

Total spent = $Many, $i and whee man.

Had nice chat with young mommy at last GS about her having to decide to put all the infant/baby stuff out for sale. She was very sad but said that two boys was enough for them. While I was there, the Many.Many-year-old said, "I'm Many-and-a-half years old, and this is my first lemonade stand!" The yearling boy fell onto his well-padded little bottom and seemed to consider it great fun, which brought back memories of Mini-B. at that age, wee man.

i can't sleep...missing home a bit because it's hari raya and my family will be celebrating. jonas asked me what i wanted for a gift because he read that in some cultures, people exchange gifts for eid. it's not really a thing we do in malay culture (usually little kids get little green packets containing money from their married relatives instead) but it's sweet that he went to the effort of looking it up. and he said that he was gonna look for green christmas lights so our house could look festive :lol:

will be cooking some of my mom's recipes -

carrot rice
