Ever want to punch someone in the face... for S&G? Just to see, really, if you could break someone's nose without breaking your fist? I bet I could!

This is how I feel towards the company which has taken my money for a product but has yet to deliver said product. (Queue sucks!)

I have a feeling this is how majority of people feel towards the NVC currently too.

We got three punching bags. Two heavy and one double-end.

My four year old can hit me in the face hard enough now to where we had to stop doing it. Body blows don't hurt, but the face swells up now if he hits me bare-knuckled.

I really love seeing my wife correct her boys on their strikes. Family time on the heavy bag. About 20 minutes a day right now along with grappling. Takedowns. Single and double legs mostly.

Making bbq chicken for dinner still got 30 mins before sauce is ready though. Barely had all the ingredients. oy

Also baking potatoes with spice rub....painted parts of the house and what else...ya that is it....tiring for sure.

I think I am finally ready to take theory for driving.
