First you marriage was complicated, now its ending, hope its not the same type of complicated.

You said your new Rutgers job was complicated. You previously said your marriage was complicated.

oh i am not talking about Rutgers job being complicated sorry ...I meant the situation with divorce and jobs etc. is. I did not say my marriage was complicated either...I said my husband was a moron and a child and I tried to make it work. That was not complicated just bad decision on my part and his as well but now i know that was to be expected on his part should not have happened on mine.

Well previous to telling us your husband was an idiot, you had mentioned the relationship had gotten complicated. Or maybe it was when you kept trying when it was obvious to most nothing you could do was going to work. Glad Rutgers isn't complicated though. But why the job interview talk? Is that from before? Maybe its just too early and I read something wrong?

did i say it got complicated ? I don't remember that...I remember complaining a lot...oooh i know....I probably meant that with us being married such a short time i was worried that the divorce will put my status in jeopardy and i truly do not wish to move 3x time in 2 years especially since he gets to sit on his butt and nothing changes for him.

Nah Rutgers is not complicated it was just a matter of talking to them about starting date while taking the divorce into account. My lawyer is taking his sweet time despite me having told him it needs to be fast, we did talk about me staying in Ohio just to make sure that hubs shows up for court date and signs whatever necessary. He is not working with me on things but thats stuff i gotta figure out on my own and make a decision. I know they loved me at Rutgers and made it clear to me last week we are in touch and figuring out the best course of action. :)

Oh no i was talking about not being given tasks that i might be qualified for or not getting paid for what i know or my skills but rather based on how I come off to people after they had met me and i get it just was a little frustrating.

Doubling down on this advice. Once your lawyer files the papers, you're good to go. You can come back for any court date there might be. Here there would not even be a hearing if both signed the papers and no kids.

Sounds like a waste of time and money. Why the heck do you need a hearing when all the terms of a divorce are agreed to. Tell him you're going to a WoW convention, with screaming gaming computers provided.
