went to the SS administration place today...again....they seem to have issues updating the name on my social security card.....been 2 months now ? and they still cannot do it....so they put another request in...gotta wait 2 more months....sigh....and by then...I will need to change it back to my "original" (maiden?) name....sigh.

I actually managed to fall asleep today....between 10am and 2pm but hey...whatever works right ? Still tired....had 3 huge coffees.....and i am yapping about nothing. hubs is trying to be nicer....he figures he can still fix things....

That sucks. How was she like in China?

Oh no, please stay safe!

Thanks, I'm waiting to hear the tornado alarm. I got a call from UND a while ago saying nearby tornados and we are expecting up to 1 inch hail and 80 mph winds. It is insane.

Happy, carefree, deep in love with me. for about 7 years.

:(

Oh Yeah ! Please understand, I am over the shock, was about a month after she arrived when this fracas started. I'm ok, she's ok, regardless of outcome. Her mom's due in September, even that I'm not worried about..

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

If you're not worried about the MIL, you may be further gone than I first suspected. :(

Might be time for an intervention. :D

Don't interrupt me when I'm talking to myself

Well ####, we are in the middle of a derecho and water is pouring in everywhere, our basement, the section of the roof over our living room. I've never seen anything like this except during a hurricane.

Gosh Darnell - I had no idea. So sorry! The worst thing is not knowing. Once you've made a decision then you don't have all of the uncertainty eating away at you.

Manipulation 101 is to frame a story to other people so that you can go back to your target and tell them "everyone thinks X". The reality is "I've told everyone to think X". I don't care what culture people are from - this kind of behavior demonstrates treachery. No matter what, the spouse is number one and misrepresenting them to others is treason.

*************************

I don't have any rants about life. Hard to believe it's been this much fun. It would be appalling and miserable for most, I'm sure. But for us this is just wonderful, like we're getting away with something.

nola, that sounds terrifying, please stay safe!

darnell, i am sorry :( even if you are over the shock, it must be deeply disappointing. hugs and good thoughts and best wishes that things take a positive turn for the two of you.

and the same goes for you steve.

---

back from full day of pretty much manual labor unloading pallets and carrying steel rods and peg boards and setting up shelves etc.everything, everywhere hurts lol but i went to soak in the hot tub for a bit, and jonas was sweet enough to give me a foot rub. still sore but feeling much much better. two other people managed to slice their hands open when some heavy metal things fell and they tried to catch them, so i guess i got off lucky. still no word from the position i really wanted :(

Flying to Seattle on 6 May 2014!

We are wet, that is for sure. My basement water catching system sound like a rushing waterfall.

Good news is that without the super wind, it is no longer raining in the living room, despite it still raining outside.
