I am exhausted and will be happy to see the backside of her, really.

Still , no hard or fast decision today, so many things possible.

I am sorry to hear Darnell....

being happy to see someone's backside...I can relate. It is sad though.

Morning all....coffee drank, watching Frasier.

Shooting went really well..I was terrible but omg I wanna go to a shooting range soon...so much fun !!! Watching Frasier now.

TB I hope you can find something that helps your back without massive painkillers.

We will talk again tonight, I am not so hopeful. This will be an easy talk, less than 10 minutes, going over options. short list:

1. see a marriage counselor well versed in china transitions (already found her)

2. separate and peg a milestone to it.

3. divorce

that's it. if the milestone is meaningful, we'll get back together easily, else not.

being happy to see someone's backside...I can relate. It is sad though.

Ya, it is sad.

Last night we went over the options. This morning we went over the parameters of the separation. No decision yet, still talking.

I could be happy either way, her gone or no. Most of her problems stem from bad advice and continuance of bad advice, it's 50 people vs me on the advice, Chinese Congregation Mode, with her not telling them all - only snippets to force her points.

I have hope, however slight, that she'll remember why she married me and stand up and be in the marriage. I won't agonize if she's gone, though.

I hope option 1 also - I found this marriage counselor through the chinese church and she's pro-marriage and can be helpful on China transitions. Still, useless if my wife refuses to see her. We talked about her for 3 weeks, she was confused about her, thinking was a psychiatrist and that I was telling her that she has mental problems. Once she got over her misconceptions, she called her on telephone, spewed for an hour nonstop, not allow the marriage counselor more than 6 words in an hour.

It's been 8 weeks now, since that phone call - she not understand about what a MC can do to help us. emphasis on 'us'.

I could never understand women who are that easily influenced / brain washed by others.

Sounds like she is not so much influenced as telling them part of the story to get a team of yes-men (ladies) on her side.

it's not that, for her. I've written of Chinese Congregation mode, in some detail, this topic or prior one. She's very adept at using it, seems a bevy of folk that support her opinion has overwhelming clout vs my opinion. It's a devious thing, she not explain all each time, only the piece that makes her 'look good' with her congregation.

Evening! :)

It is going to be 95 here tomorrow after having a high of like 60 one day last week. Oh and it can get down to -48 F here in the winter.

That is a range from about -44 celsius to 37 celsius. Crazy, right?

It's 93 at the mo... Crazy :)

Over here it's usually a range from about -10'C (tho it can get town to -30'C sometimes) to 35'C :P
