Picking up kiddo tomorrow. Gotta get an oil change, tires rotated and filled for better gas mileage, packed up, see a house or two, and the goal to be back in OKC by Wed. I'm thinking of going south from Denver then east to OkC thru Texas. Looks to be more scenic than east then south through Kansas. Thoughts??

Jeep gets maybe 18mpg? I need gas stations along the way.

No... Okanagan Valley. Mostly North.

Doesn't get quite that cold but Alberta does and I lived there for 11 years.

I've driven that road through Kansas before with my 18mpg Volvo and it wasn't a problem.

Maybe bring a gas can in the back just in case with the other way?

Probably much prettier than Manitoba, I'd bet. I haven't been there myself, but I've heard people say that British Columbia is really beautiful.

Oh I didn't get the t-shirt yet. Didn't realize there is a hoodie version.
