Man that boat's older than Darklar.....

And it's what is known as a motoryacht, I need a Sportfisher.

check out the second one I added. Only 5 years older than the one you posted but 700,000 less.

OK....I'm finished daydreaming now......

Or maybe you need to change the model of something else?

Not if he doesn't want to be homeless with Tiff and her entire family living in what USED to be his home.

Steve doesn't strike me as anything close to stupid. Polar oppposite. The price of intellect seems to occasionally come with unhappiness since you realize more of what is going on vs being blissfully ignorant. Happens more when home isn't happy or when someone passes away. Ignorance can certainly be bliss. But wisdom is better imho

The world of the wife getting everything has ended in most parts of the country. Now its 50% of the gains during the marriage, regardless of who made them, which is fair.

So Steve is basically screwed for being too smart.. lol

There's always drinking.

Why thank you Nik.....it means a lot whether if you know it or not.

Told the big shot in a short but well expressed email that I'm not going beyond 2015 here.

Feels kinda good.

Have job waiting at The Durst Organization. Easier job, higher pay.

Happy belated birthday Tbone

Missed you Stretch. When are you guys going home? I need to make fun of you.
