Should take 35 days could be up to 90. We don't know...depends.

well...I am filling out his forms and getting him a private judge which means he only needs to go to the office which is private and less intimidating.....so he better frikin sign his name on the dotted line.

And it is costing me money I don't even have and he pays nothing because he an azz and if i told him to split the costs as it should be, imo, then he would say he does not want to get divorced and is more than happy to stay in the status quo since he plans to never get married again.....so ya....

I'm glad my ex and I were able to both file non-appearance notices because he wouldn't have bothered showing up at court.

yup...that is where this is headed so I better be ready to drag him...possibly in his boxers...into the car and the office. I feel he is not going to want to show up either. Feel and fear....my lawyer said he is worried also and told me what we would do in that case.

oh so similar indeed....his comment of "the chances you will get your papers is around 30%" remember that yes ? The only reason he got that paper to me is because I told him that nothing will stop me from leaving him so he can try and make it more painful but it won't change a thing.

I think he will face (I hope) reality once I am gone...now he still sees me around and keeps thinking I will change my mind and start cutting his toe nails and brushing his hair and sleeping with him and cooking and all will just be the way he wants it. No amount of talking will ever change his lack of ability to face the facts. So whatever makes him sleep better.

Rutgers keeps asking me about the start date...uhm...they are running background checks..I told them that the moment those were done we can settle on a date since I am ready to go anywhere between 27th of July and August 1st and since I will be staying at a hotel for 2 weeks I am ready whenever they are....not sure what else to tell them.

So she can prepare her husband? J's hubs never grew up, he happily accepted J as a new mother. As a wife, he had no concept of what that means, but as J's lawyer put it, he hasn't mentally aged past 13.

on another note...I am not sure what to make for dinner.....either pasta with mushroomy sauce or steaks with mushrooms and baby potatoes.
