I have to be!!

I had a metal rod implanted when I broke my humerus. It has taken a year and a half to recover and be able to do push-ups. I don't want any problems in my old age.

The bento thing- this is why women get up at 5am- in order to prepare these creations. Kids eat really healthily here.

Back report, si and sigh and ouch man:

Awoke at Many:Many a.m.; agony diminished after the taking of two steroid pills, blessing man.

Nearly fell asleep twice on commute in, zzz man.

Made it through workday, although didn't enjoy it toward the end, no man.

Had nice nap; awoke in unenjoyable-yet-submassive pain, ouch man.

Numbness in left leg is diminishing; entire thigh & left butt-cheek feel seriously bruised, mystery man.

Without particularly trying, have lost Many more pounds, lighter man.

Bodily weight is now at a level unseen for Many years, whee man.

Briefly played Fetch the Fuzzy Pompom with cat, miu man.

Dished and now must de-dish the warsher, sigh man.

Feeling ignored by various Commie-babes and Singapuras, sigh ma'ams.

Cat, prep (including heap-strong medicine), and hopefully zzz, man.
