Happens more often than twice a year unfortunately. Certain days always bring it up like clockwork though. No way to take her out and spoil her when she's not even talking.

do stuff at home, then. buy flowers. leave cards around the house for her to chance upon. cook a romantic meal for two AND do the cleaning up after. presents never hurt.
