Removing Conditions of Residence

Hey everyone,

We are in the process of preparing our documentation for submission of my husband's I-751 Removal of Conditions form. We are gathering our supporting docs right now.

Can anyone tell me how important the Sworn affidavit from friends are? One of my girlfriends are on vacation and I am not even sure what this is.

Can anyone shed some light? If this Affidavit from a friend(s) is important, I will wait until my friend returns from vacation to have her work on it.

You don't have affidavits at all if you have other bona fide evidences (lease, bank, insurance, tax returns...)

They are not a requirement and not that important, especially if you have plenty of evidence to show you have a valid marriage.

That's not important when you have your primary evidence that shows Co mingling of finances. Anybody can get an affidavit.
