On I-864EZ Help Needed Please!

I haven't gotten the package yet from VSC but I want to get it prepare and have it ready when the package does come in. I don't know if this is a dilema so that's why I need some advice and that's why I decided to prepare for it early! Last year I only worked 6 months. I started a new job back in June 06'. I haven't filed a tax return in 4 years because I was on Disability with the SSA and I was told that I did not need to file one since that was my only income. I returned back to the work force in June 06 renouncing my Disability (medically feeling much better, Thank God!). With the job I currently have, I meet the criteria financially that is asked of me.

In line 18 it asks for my current income - not a problem since I can prove what I make with check stubs and my job has given me a letter stating the same.

I'm concern on what they ask on line 19 (Tax returns for the last 3 years). Since I married Radu on Nov 06' my accountant tells me I have to file a joint return. He was in the USA for 10 months on an H2B work visa and he does have income taxes to file. How do I handle situation on this form? Would he be considered a co-sponser if he is on my 2006 tax return? How would I handle the income tax issues on #19? I do have a 1099 from the SSA. Would that be sufficient? I also receive Child Support.

Any advice would be greatly appreicated!
