Good people of visa journey: I have a question. I have recently applied for U.S passport. Below is the tracking information: I paid for overnight delivery but I don't have any update on the shipment. I have called the post-office but they were not helpful. Does anyone has any idea what is going on? Did anyone out there go through this? Very stressful and frustrating!!!

Unfortunately the USPS is not that reliable anymore. Clearly it should have been delivered on Thursday. If they don't deliver it by tomorrow you should get your receipt and go to the nearest post office to not only try to see if someone can track your passport but also get your money back. Sometimes the customer service over the phone can only see what you see on their website.

Good luck and hopefully it will get there soon!
