just received a mail that my case has been transfered to csc. does that mean it might get approved without an interview, i am so impatient, i want to know what to expect. any ideas

AOS & EAD = 29/11/06

NOA 1'S = 6/12/06

RFE = 15/12/06

RFE SENT = 02/01/07

BIOMETRICS = 08/01/07

Tranfered to CSC =17/01/07

Received at csc = 22/01/07

APPROVED = 29/01/07

Approval notice sent =01/02/07

GREEN CARD RECEIVED=03/02/07

From what i have read it is likely that you may be approved without an interview...

04-09-10 Biometrics appointment

06-14-10 Interview Date

06-22-10 Received letter for Oath

07-02-10 Oath ceremony

YES!! in same case as me, but i couldn't tell exactly how speedy it is or whatever status it may get as after they received it, IF they might ask more evidence or it may get pending or might be transfer again. We really never know, just be more patient ... only thing you need to do is wait.

09-18-09 - Biometrics Letter arrived in mailbox

10-09-09 - Biometrics Schedule

10-14-09 - Notice date of the yellow letter

10-30-09 - touched online for "testing & interview"

11-03-09 - IL received in mailbox

12-07-09 - "PASSED" Interview & it's my Hubby Bday too!

04-17-10 - Oath letter received in mailbox

05-14-10 - Judicial Oath atlast! in Atl

110 days - Application to Interview

158 days - Interview to Judicial Oath

268 days - Total processing days for my N400
