The letter to accompany the waiver package?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Apology statement from beneficiary only if he had criminal cases ,

DUI or misrep (the attys advises) ....apology for overstaying or

sneaking in is not considered an honest statement to adjudicators.

On # 51 of I601 form beneficiary get to put statement Y inadmissible

the form has to be filled out correctly & all questions answered, The

petitioner needs to send an hardship letter stating Y the mate should

be allowed back and Y they cant move to mates country.

Any court or immigration cases in the US the disposition has to accompany

waiver, evidences for any medical U have , crime stats in his country, real

hardships without him, family photos and the hardship has to be only on YOU

not a DIY matter get a waiver atty
