Hi. I received my daughters US passport. She is 9. Can she sign for herself, she is going in grade 5 and does write, or do I treat it as a infant (print her name and I sign my signature w/mother next to it,, as US.gov says for people that can't sign for theirselves). Thank you. Always blessed with your advise.

at 16 i let mine, but legally its 18 unless court ordered independence
