Hello, well i overstayed and married my husband in may. Im

Helping him to fill out the i130 form and we have some questions about it. We live together and im planing on sending my papers next week. The thing is we are moving to our new place next wednesday. My question is (form i130 question 21)' if filing for your spouse, give last address at which you lived together'. Should i put the one we are living right now or the new one (im gonna send the papers with my new address). I also have a question about the typing thing. Should i type everything in capital letters? And the last one: in each form at the end of them says date is that the date you finish doing your papers or the date you are going to send them? I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

If you will be sending the form after you move next week and have the new address already, then that would be the one to use.

The instructions state nothing about typing in all caps > http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-130instr.pdf

Example forms > http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

When you sign and date forms, you date it when you sign it.

Since you are married and staying in the US now, you should be following this guide to file the I-130 and I-485 together > http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

When you are sending the application out the address where you are at that time. Few days here and there could be okay as long as it's. It months.

And yes; all cap

Where does it state to type everything on the I-130 in caps? The only thing it states to use caps for is your last name/surname/family name, which it states to do directly on the form itself. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-130.pdf

Add the address you will be moving to, if you already have the address and are moving as soon as you are.

I did everything in caps, so I would recommend going that route.

As for dating, I left that blank until the day before I sent everything off as I didn't know if we would experience any delays, then the day before sending, printed everything off and signed and dated them all then, just to be safe.

Thank you so much for the help and yes i am sending the papers after moving to the new place. so imm moving on july 1st and i want to send them on july 3rd the latest, Wouldn't it be weird to put july 2014 to date? I don't think it can be rejected right? Because im not lying about it. That question is the one that's giving me a hard time. I just don't want to get my papers back for not being accurate. Thanks :)
