Use their system. They want 2Go, use 2Go. It does mean you have to send to fiance and she sends to USEM.

I suggest DHL for your end of the mailing. They cost a little more than FedEx but are the gold standard in reliability and timeliness for international shipping.

If the document does not require an original nor your original signature (i.e. computer printout or something she alone has to sign), then email it to her and let her print it out. Faster and cheaper that way.
