yeah yeah yeah, he was convicted, but he is innocent! You are entitled to your opinion my dear, but not your own facts!.I am not the one judging him. He was sentenced by a Judge, not by me. Oh... sorry your question is that you want to know how to stay in the US!,

Say what u want u to say. Thank u for having sometime w ur negative thoughts. I wish u the best of ur journey though.

OP I understand how you feel, getting ready to marry a filipina, I grown to learn about how filipinas stick by their husbands no matter what circumstances their husbands are in. including my fiancee ( and I am sure other women from other cultures, race, and backgrounds as well) but I will speak about filipinas because I have learned so much about them and how they love and treat their men. That's what makes them excellent wives in my opinion.

Now on to your situation, you need a co-sponsor and a good immigration lawyer. Right now your husband more likely do not have income so you need a co-sponsor.

Guilty or not that's not for me or anyone to judge. He is your husband, you do what you feel it's best for you.

Good luck to you and I hope you can find some resolution to your problem.

Well, for now i am just waiting for when am i goin to received my biometric apt. Well, just see if what will be the uscis will say about our case. Need to wait ik they will listen though, ik everything happens for a reason. I just hope that everything will be alright.
