Hi how are you guys. I come today to get some advice about my case which it seems to have gotten so complicated right now. After my fiancé had his interview on March 11, he got a letter (221G) of our case that it will back to USCIS in United States since then we did not hear anything we thought that our application is expired. So I went to Morocco in 1st week of June and we were married there. When I returned I start gathering proofs and visa papers to fill CR1. But Today I get an email from USCIS saying that they receive our case back from Embassy in Casablanca to review it.

Now I want to cancel this review and apply for CR1 ? What do you guys suggest me to do ?

N.B : I called them in the number they give me but it was not helpful at all.

Send email to the USCIS and probably the embassy as well to inform that you've already married to your fiance and have a plan to apply CR-1. No matter how they want to review the case your fiance is not eligible anymore since both of you are now already married.

Just file your marriage petition, they will send you a letter stating it's closed once they receive your I-130. I know this because I filed for k-1 for my husband , after TWO years we were married (yes it was in review until we filed for I-130) You really don't need to do anything at this point, the letter will just say you aren't eligible any longer for k-1 because you are now married.
