Mi fiance entered with a k1 visa (I129f) .. we got married before 90 days.

1.-now what should i do or send in the package to uscis

2.- should i send supporting documents like pics, bank statements letters ..etc or JUST THE FORMS???

1.- what about the medical examination, Is it really need it >? my wife took one as a requirement in peru for the k1 fiance visa; so do i have to fill the I-693 and go to a doctor here ? what is the procedure.

In summary, the K1 visa holder doesn't need to see a CS if the medical is completed within the year prior to the I-485 filing, and all required vaccinations were given and documented on the DS-3025.
