H1B visa while F2A immigration is under process

Hi ,

our attorney filed LPR for me and my case is under preference category of F2A visa. It will be changed to IR-1/CR-1 because my wife will become US citizen after 2-3 months. So we are assuming whole process will take around 6 months more. On the other hand an employer from US contacted me and they offered me job and wants to file my H1B , Of course new H1-B case is processed in April-May of every year.

So I want to confirm is he able to file H1B for me while my spouse immigration is under process and if yes then which case will be processed soon ?
