The exact place for the signature on the forms

I look through the forms and I see hundreds of rejection just because of the wrong place of signature. I don't want to be rejected just because of a stupid signature place.

Can you guys please share your experience?

you sign where it say signature (applicant) in part 5.

if someone interpreted it for you they also sign in part 5 signature (interpreter)

If someone prepared it for you they sign in part 6.
