Reaffirmed I130,awaiting a new appointment date.

Hi All, we had our visa interview on 5th Nov 2013 & was refused spousal immigrant visa for failing to convince the C O that our relationship is bona fide.On 7th May 2014 we recieved NOID,on 17th June we got reaffirmed after responding.We are married its now over two years.Does any have idea on how long it is currently taking U S consulate Lagos to schedule immigrant visa appointment?Merci à tous en avance.-R&M

You should get interview date with next 60 days. Congratulations on the reaffiirm.

Thanks all,dwheels76 i appreciate your response.Foreignaijawife thank you.We're hoping to get our interview date soon,Jehovah willing.Only that there is speculations that it may take up to four months to get another appointment date.However petition status on CEAC status tracker on DoS website says READY & waiting for interview Schedule,meaning perhaps its already with the U S consulate Lagos.I wish each one on this immigration journey success.
