T'was a joke, but you are right.

Now I am hungry for mexican and middle eastern food. Combined.

Yesterday we had a yum Polla Torta with crispy Papas fritas and 2 of the most awesome Pollo empanado ever. So good Then came home. when we got home my wife invited over a friend and made Sap Sap pan seared and steamed, Fresh whole crab, rice. I sat that one out LOL

one thing I have truly enjoyed in my travels around the world is seeing other cultures first-hand and trying their food. I think thus far, Thai food is my favorite non-American food. But I can't say there is any country whose food I found to be undesirable. Certain dishes to be sure...

Silkworms in Korea comes to mind. Never. Balut is better...
