Well its nothing you would be doing. What strong ties do they have to show they will return? Are there other children and grandchildren in Pakistan? With them coming together and now coming to see Son married not real strong tie to their country.

Is any parent a businessperson with own business? A doctor, a professional, Professor? See where I am going.

You saying this "I would like to mention that my in laws are family my dads sister and moms brother." Just shows stronger ties to US than their own country.

***By the way saw your post congratulations on the NOA2 and waiver request".***

Thank you very much :) need prayers with the interview now and yes they are related but my other siblings wouldn't be traveling with them just my parents. So I wanted to know if something they both can do to make there case stronger

And yes my dad is an engineer, he has a job and his own personal business to handle. He doesn't wanna settle in USA just want to attend the wedding.

I have seen this question asked a few times but have never understood it.

The only thing that comes to mind is to obtain nationality of a country that does not require a Visa to visit the US, but that does not seem very practical?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Do they have previous travel exp? thats a big plus... COs want to give visas to ppl who would spend money there as genuine tourist. If US based person bears expenses, result is mostly denial.. make it a vacation cum attending wedding kind of trip.. also age is a consideration...parents generally get visas unless there is a red flag such as no ties..
