I apply for the Status Adjustment to USCIS and i have some concerns which are not answered by the lawyers because i want to file it by myself and do NOT pay them those thousand dollars. I hope to get your help soon and thanks beforehand. Here are my questions:

1. I am the beneficiary and my wife`s income is not enough to apply for me. As a petitioner my wife should fill Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act (I864 form) or not? I mean it should be filled by two persons right? One is my wife and the other one is my joint sponsor right ?

2. Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act (i864) should be submitted by with recent Individual Income Tax Return of my wife and Joint sponsor right? Should all of those forms (2013,2012,2011) be submitted along with the Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the Act (I864 form) or just the recent (2013) one?
