Chicago processing time

Hello, please could this be the reason while am yet to receive a

Decision after my aos interview. Filled on 19th of September and

Had my interview on April 8, and haven't receive any decision.

Each time I called uscis they kept telling me chicago is still processing July 26th 3013 and am September 19.

They told me to call back by July 15th
