vaccination record?????????????HELP

One question pls about the vaccination record.. Do i need to have the recordsince i was born ?? or his will be given by the medical exmas???

If you still have a copy off All your immunizations then yes they want it at the medical so they can see what needles you have, mainly they look for measels, mumps, Rubella, Diphera, you should be able to find the list somewhere here on VJ. IF you don't have them, then I know there have been some people who have been able to get a Titre test, which is a simple blood test to see which anitbodies you have from past immunizations. Just helps avoid getting shots that you don't need. Sorry I couldn't give you more details...Good Luck...

Thanks.. just really dont know what kind of shots do they want to know..lol.. i dont have any records of vaccination except when i was a baby.

Uhm.....in Indonesia they required for your vaccination records within the last 5 years. They laughed at me when I brought my vaccination records when from I was a child....... haha *BURNS*. They said it's not valid anymore. That's why I got 3 shots (Tetanus, Hepatitis B, Influenza) and 2 drops of Polio vaccine when I went for the medical exam.

Oh ya, if you're not planning on having a baby in within 6-9 months, they might give you another shot, called MMR
