Can you help me guys or give me the link to prove that our petition automatically extend approval up to a year? Hes so freak out right now. He assumed that only the applicants who have TB can extend the petition. I dont know how to calm him down.

The embassy will automatically extend the validity of the petition up to a year, relax everything is fine.

He is stressing over nothing. :D

CFO does not want a ITR from everyone, just those that have never been married so don't have a divorce decree or death certificate.

They are looking at the tax return for filing as a single person as evidence of not being married. Ya I know....... 2029.gif

Hello! My fiance doesn't have a recent ITR. Are there any other document I can bring instead to the CFO seminar?

Has he every been married before?

If no tax return, what are you using for the interview for evidence of suppport?

Will hopefully CFO won't get their panties in a twist over this.

Be very self-assured and confident during your CFO seminar/interview
