Hi all,

Before we submit our package for AOS consisting of (I-130, 485, 765, and 131), we were wondering if I-693 is necessary to include in the package? From what I understand the doctors examination occurs after EAD is approved? I could be totally wrong.

Reading other people's threads makes it seem like they left I-693 out of the package as well.

It depends what visa you are adjusting from. If you are a refugee or a K-1 adjuster, you may not be required, but from a work, student or tourist visa, it's required. See the i-485 instructions, page 4
