They got my AOS packet 2 days ago, how long before they update CEAC?

Maybe I'm just being impatient, but my AOS packet was received 2 days ago per USPS tracking, but no update on the CEAC site yet.

And I still can't pay IV fee!!

If u are talking about the documents box in ceac, they won't update it it's always remain N/a.

And u are not the only person who can't pay the IV fee.

Patience is definitely a virtue with NVC,

They are quoting up to 30 working days to process the AOS form -

and so to progress to the IV being invoiced & DS260 becoming available for completion etc etc

Let's hope they get a spurt of energy and get a move on!

Perhaps we should send them some tins of spinach?

The ceac status for IV and AOS documents don't change.

Just curious is the May 30 is the day when u sent your package or the date they NVC receive it? I saw your timeline and it's written there that your IV package was sent on May 24.

Yes they received it on May 30th... and since then, they have been singing the 30 business days song. Like the year long wait wasn't bad enough already.

We're on the same both they also receive mine same day as u are, join the nvc forum for June, I think NVC reviewing the package they receive from May 22-23

Thank you. I've noticed, with annoyance and jealousy, that certain Philippines applicants got their NOA2 within a month of application and got both IV/AOS fees paid. Why?

Let me answer your question.

The fast approval is because of expedite. There is a typhoon that hit our country and uscis give an automatic expedite for most of philippine applicants. And the reason why other can pay both AOS/IV is because they have a lawyer

Your almost done so don't get annoyed and jealous

I think it depends on timing in regards to be able to pay the AOS and IV fee at the same time. My wife was lucky and was able to pay both at the same time for her parents. However, now NVC claims that they don't have certain documents that we sent. We claim that they overlooked them or lost them, and we are still waiting for a response to an inquiry that we asked our Senator to do.

I paid AOS fee on 5/22/2014 and showes paid 5/23/2014 sent AOS document same day and was delivered 5/27/2014 but NVC state that they got it on May 30,2014 and i need to wait 6 weeks (30 business days) its taking forever, my priority date is may, 20 2013.

This is an IR-5 for parent
