After reading posts, guidelines, instructions, and seeing/answering questions about I-864 - I think I got myself confused. So, please, if any experts here could get this clarified.

My case: I petitioned both parents. My income is not enough to sponsor both, but enough for ONE. So I have my husband as the joint sponsor, filling out I-864A.

The first photo is the I-864 PART 3. Did I select the correct one? The phrase highlighted in yellow threw me off because on the form, it is after the "NO" but in the instruction it is BEFORE.

I'm probably thinking too hard.

So does anybody here have the same case as me who didn't get a checklist for their I-864? How did you complete this form?

Look at the highlighted text; Applicable in cases with two joint sponsors. How many joint sponsors apply in your case? Your husband is only one joint sponsor.

"The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!" - Eleanor Roosevelt, First Lady of the United States, 1945.

Right! So my choices are to check Yes (which I did) or NONE. I guess I'm right with that part, no? :girlwerewolf2xn:

Also, I JUST NOTICED :bonk: it says on #2: "Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition", which falls under my case, so I guess, I should just leave #2 blank, right???

This has become more confusing the more I look at it.
