I think your case is kind of weird and it really scared me. Why shouldn't you ask them what was exactly the error. I am a DV 2015 selectee, and I am really axious if anything can go wrong. One thing I know the postal index of my address was filled incorrect by the time of my entry in October. but then I filled it correctly in DS-260. Can that be reason for disqualifying?

No, it's minor.

The OP seems to have disappeared but he said he was ineligible for DV. That means he most likely either filed using an incorrect country of chargeability or did not meet the education/work experience requirements. Other possibilities include a criminal record or still under a ban from the US for a previous overstay. Nothing minor, they don't look to disqualify people for trivial things!
